Tour Checklist
The Tour Coordinator and Director reserve the right to keep all guides (not just those who are newly trained) off the schedule until they are fully knowledgeable about all tour procedures as well as all areas of campus.
Please review this before you begin giving tours again, to make sure you know everything about the bulleted points.
Pre-Tour
- Housing (if necessary - keys, etc.)
- Bookstore Coupons
- Meal Tickets
- What to do if someone is handicap and/or cannot walk for the entire hour and forty-five minutes
- Introduction of Self and Introduction of Guests
Wickes
- 1st Floor Offices: Admissions, Campus Financial Services Center (Fin. Aid, Cashiers, Student Fin. Services), Academic Advising
- See Marble Lecture Hall
- 2nd Floor Offices: Career Services, International Admissions & Study Abroad
- Buildings connected by 1st or 2nd floor walkways
Arbury
- Museum: History and name at least 2 sculptures If open, go into museum
- Art Gallery
- Music Rooms
- General Education Credit: Music/Theater/Art

- Founders Hall: Chapel / Induction ceremonies

- ALL Laboratories Described Fully! Including: Daily Living, Rehabilitation, Nursing (SEE), Ampitheater, Performance, Social Work suites, Movement Analysis Lab, described Neuroscience labs/research.

- Theaters: Black box and regular

Tour Conclusion / Post Duties
- Guide thanked group for visiting / encouraged students to find the college that suits them
- Guide reminded group of appointments after the tour and told them to all follow them into Admissions and remain seated until Admissions officer gets them
- Guide showed group where bathrooms are (if necessary)
- Thank you cards
